These terms govern your use of elementorium.co.uk and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell natural mineral specimens, elements, and gemstones. As natural products, individual items may vary slightly in appearance, size, and colour from photographs — this is expected and not a fault.

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed via Stripe. A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email; we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (e.g. if an item is no longer available), in which case you will be refunded in full.

Returns and refunds

See our Shipping & Returns page for our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
